The Key Components
TruGlide Floor
Capable of recovering abrasive from any size blastroom, the TruGlide automatic recovery floor captures and recycles the blasted abrasive ready for reuse. The floor is driven by one energy saving small drive, 30m x 8m room requires only 2.2Kw. The design of the TruGlide Abrasive Recovery Floor eliminates virtually all moving parts from inside the blastroom to provide continuous up-time and minimal maintenance.
Dura-Door
Save factory space and keep the blasting noise down at the same time. Dura-Doors are made from a 6mm thick tough rubber that will last for years. The Dura-Door will save valuable factory space usually wasted with steel swing doors. The rubber absorbs noise to reduce the sound levels from the blasting nozzle.
TDF
High performance TDF dust collectors provide maximum visibility in the blastroom and prevent build up of dust on the blasted parts. The efficient design ensures surrounding work areas (especially the painting area) are not contaminated with dust escaping from the blastroom.
